I revealed the structural transformation mechanism of jasmonic acid receptor protein JAZ in the immune and desensitization response of plants to jasmonic acid (Nature, 2015 and PNAs, 2017), I also revealed the specific structure of the interaction between myosin of wheat scab and phenamacril, and explored the target specific mechanism of phenamacril and the drug resistance mechanism of pathogenic bacteria (PLoS pathogens, 2020), The above results provided a theoretical basis for the development of new pesticides with induced plant resistance, high activity and strong selectivity.
