Jun Li, male, born in Oct, 1978, PhD in phytopathology, associated professor, Master supervisor. I has been working in Department of Pesticides, College of Plant Protection, Nanjing Agricultural University since July, 2006. My main research interests are resistance mechanism of weeds in rice and wheat fields and their management, and management of major weeds in crop fields. I had reported that the resistance mechanism to quinclorac in E. crusgalli var. zelayensis is that the IAA content in the quinclorac resistant biotype would be less disrupted and less ethylene was induced to cause less phytotoxic to that weeds. And，I had developed a weed management technology for reduced use of herbicdes and increased controlling efficiency, which contained pre-germination herbicide treatment followed by foliar spraying.
