In order to explore a long-term solution to the focus of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas of the people's Republic of China has arranged four national regional centers for incubation and innovation of agricultural science and technology throughout the country. The South China region is located in Guangzhou and named National S&T Innovation Center for Modern Agricultural Industry (Guangzhou) （Short for GNASIC）.GNASIC was approved for construction on August 2, 2018. The core area is located in Kemuglang, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It was officially opened on December 12, 2018. It is based in Guangdong, radiates 10 provinces and regions in the South (including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) and connects with the world. The provincial Party committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the construction of this platform, with Ye Zhenqin, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee, as the leader of the establishment leading group, Qin Weizhong, deputy governor of the provincial government, and Wen Guohui, mayor of Guangzhou City, as the deputy leaders, and the construction of GNASIC as the key supervision work of the provincial government.

HOW： In order to cultivate the rational and inertia mechanism of market-oriented production, learning and research, the work orientation of GNASIC is not simply adding a scientific research institution, but gathering all elements of agricultural science and technology resources; it is not single technology incubation or innovation, but comprehensive leading all elements of mobile trading, market matching mechanism innovation and system to create; not only bustling Pearl River Delta, but also radiating and driving the mountains on both sides; not only limited to Guangdong, but also extending services to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area and connecting the world. The three core positioning of GNASIC: the center for the overall planning, organization and command of agricultural science and technology of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government; the Silicon Valley for the incubation, innovation and transaction of agricultural science and technology of scientists and entrepreneurs; and the aircraft carrier for the revitalization and exchange of agricultural science and technology in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the whole province.

WHAT： GNASIC's encirclement and integration model of agricultural science and technology transformation has been highly recognized by national ministries and commissions, provincial Party committees and governments, scientists and entrepreneurs. At present, it has attracted more than 40 countries and 19 provinces and regions (including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) from the world to join in cooperation. As of December 2019, the platform has gathered over 67000 enterprises, 32000 experts and professors, more than 3000 germplasm nurseries, 4096 lawyers, 30.6 billion industrial development fund, 500000 square properties, tens of thousands of veterans and other essential resources in more than 40 countries (regions), and the digital middle platform directly serves over 300000 business network terminals. The encirclement and ring building model not only precisely matches the cross-section technological transformation between scientists and entrepreneurs, but also more importantly supports the whole chain elements (production, processing, logistics, business flow, finance and other 16 elements) for cooperation between the two sides, so as to provide their marriage with full chain empowerment, whole process care, multi-dimensional services, and stability.

In order to have a general view of the history of agricultural science and technology in Guangdong Province, to show the scientific and technological elements of the whole agricultural chain, to trade agricultural science and technology products, and to demonstrate and guide the practical and sustainable scientific and technological innovation mechanism of market navigation, we have built this exhibition hall by means of acousto-optic deduction form, grafting the e-commerce platform of science and technology, and modeling the online and offline system of Ai IOT blockchain.
